Betsson

CRM & Content Coordinator

Malta Full Time

THE WOW

RaceBets, part of the Betsson Group, is looking for a Content & CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic, international team.
At Betsson, we live and breathe a challenger mindset — fast‐paced, collaborative, and always looking to improve. In this hybrid role, you’ll sit at the intersection of Content, Operations, and CRM, playing a key role in delivering an engaging, accurate, and high‐quality horse racing experience to our customers.

On the Content side, you’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising website content across our horse racing offering. RaceBets is one of the very few online bookmakers dedicated exclusively to horse racing, covering betting markets from more than 30 countries. You’ll take full ownership of day‐to‐day content updates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality — and escalating issues to the right teams when needed.

On the CRM side, you’ll support the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM activities for horse racing brands within the Betsson Group. Working closely with the CRM Manager and local market teams, you’ll help manage the customer journey from onboarding and engagement through to retention and reactivation, contributing to campaigns from idea stage through to execution and post‐campaign analysis.

If you enjoy responsibility, learning new skills, and being trusted to make things better every day — you’ll fit right in.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

At Betsson, growth is part of the deal — both for the business and for you.

You’ll gain hands‐on experience across Content, CRM, Operations, and Data, working in a role where no two days are the same. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership, share ideas, and continuously improve how we work.

You’ll also be part of a fun, supportive, and inclusive team, within one of the leading online gaming groups in Europe — a company that believes in trust, teamwork, and giving people the freedom to perform.

And yes — we genuinely enjoy what we do.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of the German language is an asset
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Working calmly and accurately in a fast‐paced environment
  • Taking responsibility and working independently when required
  • Collaborating effectively within a team
  • Previous experience or understanding of the i‐Gaming industry is an advantage, but not essential
  • An interest in or enthusiasm for horse racing is preferred, though not mandatory — curiosity and willingness to learn are key

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Content & Operations

  • Creating horse racing events from approximately 20 countries on a daily basis (around 60–100 events per day)
  • Updating race information, results, and odds to ensure timely and accurate bet settlement
  • Checking data quality and maintaining racecards across the website
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving website issues in close collaboration with IT and other teams
  • Suggesting improvements and contributing to the continuous optimisation of horse racing operations
  • Acting as a first point of contact for Support regarding horse racing‐related customer issues
  • Carrying out additional tasks as delegated by your Manager

CRM

  • Creating and executing automated CRM campaigns for horse racing brands within the Betsson Group
  • Testing CRM campaigns to ensure quality, accuracy, and correct execution
  • Measuring and evaluating campaign performance using A/B testing and control groups
  • Producing basic post‐campaign reports and insights
  • Supporting the optimisation of on‐site content and customer journeys to drive engagement and retention

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a challenger culture, and wants to grow within a company that values initiative and ownership. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact — we’d love to hear from you.
