We are seeking a CRM Business Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related matters within Donaldson’s Life Sciences (LS) vertical.

As a key member of the Global Sales Operations team, this role will drive CRM adoption, process excellence, and continuous improvement across global LS business units. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with effective communication and coordination skills to translate business needs into impactful CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain CRM capabilities through new features, process improvements, integrations, and upgrades.
  • Act as the main liaison between LS business teams and IT CRM, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Manage daily system activities, Azure DevOps tickets, performance monitoring, and issue escalation.
  • Lead CRM change initiatives from design to deployment, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure smooth rollouts, high adoption, and onboarding of new teams.
  • Standardize processes, define best practices, and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Support territory setup, data migration, dashboards, access management, and CRM training aligned with SOPs.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, consistency across regions, and enable reporting and analytics for business insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with an administrative, business, or commercial orientation.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business, Sales, or a comparable environment
  • Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SharePoint.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, responsible working style.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Affinity for IT/Business Analytics in Sales environments.
  • General understanding of sales organizations and processes within Life Sciences sectors.
  • Commercial understanding of customer data for profiling, business growth, and business analytics.
  • Experience supporting CRM implementations or managing global cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) environments.
