CRM Associate, Data Advisory & Optimisation

London, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Full time

Job Description

Join Our Team as a CRM Associate – Shape the Future of Wealth Management!

What’s the Opportunity?

We’re looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Management (CRM) Associate to join our Data Advisory and Optimisation team in the heart of London (or sunny Jersey!). Reporting to our CRM Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our Wealth Management Europe Salesforce platform running like a well-oiled machine. Think of yourself as the bridge between users, tech teams, and big-picture strategy—ensuring everyone gets the support they need while driving innovation forward.

Your mission? To optimize processes, solve problems, and empower users through training, troubleshooting, and seamless system upgrades. You’ll collaborate with bright minds across business and tech, champion data quality, and play a key role in rolling out changes that make a real impact.

This is a permanent, full-time role with 4 days in the office (London or Jersey) — perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible, relationship-driven environment.

What Will You Do?

  • Be the CRM hero: Tackle user queries, build dashboards, and keep our Salesforce platform humming.
  • Empower teams: Create training materials, coach users, and ensure everyone feels confident with the tools.
  • Drive change: Support the CRM Manager in rolling out updates, coordinating testing, and making sure new features land smoothly.
  • Collaborate & innovate: Work with stakeholders to refine processes, improve data quality, and turn insights into action.
  • Keep things organized: Maintain documentation, track progress in Jira, and ensure no detail slips through the cracks.
  • Champion efficiency: Manage user access, optimize licenses, and help teams work smarter.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must-Have

  • A knack for building relationships and driving growth—whether in business development, client management, or partnership roles.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce is our jam, but other platforms count too!).
  • Data-savvy mindset: You know how to wrangle data, build reports, and turn numbers into stories.
  • Wealth management know-how: Familiarity with banking, investments, or fiduciary services is key.
  • Tech toolkit: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau/Power BI, and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Problem-solver vibes: You thrive on troubleshooting and making complex systems user-friendly.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Agile methodologies—because we love iterative progress.
  • A passion for training and coaching—helping others grow is part of our DNA.
