To help shape that future, we’re looking for a Crew Tech Lead for our Core Product Platform to provide strategic technology leadership across our core banking and product platforms.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role at the heart of Bankwest’s transformation - ideal for a technology leader who thrives in complex, mission‑critical environments and is motivated by building resilient platforms that power great customer experiences.
As Crew Tech Lead, you’ll act as a trusted technology advisor and “mini‑CIO” for the Core Product Platform, guiding the evolution of our core banking architecture while enabling delivery teams to move fast - safely.
You’ll lead the teams responsible for Bankwest’s core banking engineering and integration, driving platform uplift and modernisation across our Core Product systems. Working closely with product and business leaders, you’ll translate strategic intent into clear technical direction and sustainable engineering outcomes.
You’re an experienced technology leader who blends deep engineering and architecture expertise with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence at scale.
You bring clarity to complexity and are comfortable making tough trade‑offs in high‑impact, regulated environments.
