As a Credit Manager within our Global Business Services organisation, you will have a visible impact on cash performance, risk management and commercial decision making across a cluster of European markets. Based in our Wroclaw office, this role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a global organisation, partnering closely with Finance, Commercial and Customer Service teams to strengthen end to end order to cash performance.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing delivery and continuous improvement of credit management and collections processes. You will work across functions to manage customer credit risk, minimise overdue debt and resolve complex disputes, while ensuring strong governance and compliance with global controls. Alongside operational delivery, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, mentoring colleagues and driving improvements that support sustainable business growth.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and the confidence to influence across a matrix organisation.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Credit Management and Collections, with a proven track record across the Order to Cash cycle

  • Strong credit control expertise, including credit risk assessment, customer credit limits, dispute management and debt recovery

  • Ability to analyse financial data, understand financial statements and key ratios, and translate insight into clear actions and proposals

  • Experience working with senior, cross functional stakeholders and influencing commercial outcomes in an international environment

  • Working knowledge of SAP FI CO within the Order to Cash space, or another industry standard ERP

  • Fluency in English (C1)
