Job Summary:

We are seeking a Wholesale Credit Manager to lead a team of Credit Analysts overseeing a diverse credit portfolio while ensuring strong financial analysis, compliance, and risk management. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can balance business growth and profitability with the protection of company assets, all while operating within our Global Credit Policy and regulatory standards.

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee a team of Credit Analysts and their assigned portfolios, ensuring timely completion of credit reviews for new and existing accounts.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to new and existing team members.
  • Provide backup for the Senior Trading Credit Analyst, supporting Trading, Wholesale Supply, RINs, and Bunker sales, including associated accounts receivable.
  • Oversee preparation of comprehensive credit reviews and reports for management approval.
  • Review and approve credit lines, ensuring all credit files are complete and compliant.
  • Analyze corporate and personal financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, identifying aged balances, trends, and risk exposure.
  • Take action on delinquent accounts, including placing accounts on hold and recommending next steps.
  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Perform OFAC sanctions checks and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Participate in strategic credit initiatives and special projects to improve processes and mitigate risk.
  • Conduct customer site visits and attend industry events to strengthen relationships and gather credit intelligence.
  • Provide proactive alerts and recommendations to management based on credit trends and file updates.

Additional Job Description:

  • Proven management and team leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the petroleum industry and wholesale credit procedures.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and produce accurate reports under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing complex systems and adapting to evolving business needs
  • Professional, collaborative approach with customers and cross-functional partners.

Pay Range:

$118,300.00 - $177,400.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
