Full communication with sales and customer service departments to coordinate collection, credit lines/days, and material deliveries.
Develop relationships with sales, business finance, Commercial Services, and relevant others to ensure the highest level of service to Momentive customers.
Develops and improves the quality and efficiency of the credit services provided to Momentive businesses.
Defines strategies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Ensures collection targets and past due percentages are consistently achieved.
Operational credit responsibility for businesses as assigned.
Prepares or oversees the preparation of the related reports, analysis, and key performance indicators.
Elaborate and issue collections weekly reports.
Identify and apply SAP collections from customers.
Control and deliver all invoices and credit notes to customers, to ensure timely and proper collections.
Elaborate internal reports to control those accounts that show an overdue balance and blocked material deliveries.
Ensure the proper recording between SAP and the Electronic Invoice.
Update and maintain the customer database on the system (SAP) and the electronic invoice (Digifact).
Maintain full communication with customers to identify outstanding collections.
Maintain internal controls on Accounts Receivable.

The following are required for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; equivalent education and relevant experience will also be considered.
3+ years‘ experience in Credit & Collections or related field
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Accountable for completing assigned tasks within established deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar enterprise systems
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
