Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Treasury Manager to join our Treasury team.In this role, you will be responsible for leading and representing the Treasury function across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, overseeing all treasury activities, managing critical banking relationships, and strategically partnering with regional business management. This position involves extensive global finance interaction and partnership with key internal functions like Tax, Legal, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Human Resources, and Controllers.  

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the management of working capital and internal funding processes, including developing and reviewing cash flow forecasting for 13 countries within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.  

  • Collaborate with regional business management, Tax, Legal, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Controllers to support business models, funding, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration outcomes.  

  • Ensure compliance by monitoring and communicating new regulatory or monetary rules, managing bank accounts and mandates, and implementing global treasury best practices across the region.  

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

  • The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of related work experience in finance and finance operations, with prior international Treasury experience.  

  • Strong knowledge of cash management, investing, local funding needs, banking relationships, and Foreign Exchange (FX) exposure management.  

  • Proven ability in business partnering, change management, and effectively working within a team environment with various levels of management.  

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college.
