OVERVIEW
As a Creative Resource Manager, you are responsible for understanding the inner workings of the entire creative department — who makes up the team, the roles they play, each person’s strengths and opportunities, how they work, and who is best suited for a particular assignment.
You will play a critical role in organizing and managing resourcing across a dynamic creative department of 55+ people. You are resourceful, highly organized, and a natural connector. You are passionate about creative work and understand the process behind producing great content, campaigns, and social work.
Working closely with creative leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure projects are properly staffed, timelines are clearly communicated, and the team has what they need to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $95,000–$105,000 USD. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs.
