About the role

  • Own and lead 360º creative marketing campaigns end-to-end, from insight and strategic definition to execution and optimization, driving measurable business impact across key projects.
  • Translate insights into clear creative frameworks, concepts and messaging systems that connect with audiences and drive results across the full funnel.
  • Create the concepts, briefs, and copywriting for a variety of assets including social media ads, email marketing, landing pages, OOH, and others.
  • Collaborate closely with design, video, production, acquisition, CRM and growth teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring high-quality and performance-driven outputs.
  • Conduct market research, cultural analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions and uncover new opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights, optimization plans and future improvements.
  • Lead day-to-day stakeholder communication, presenting ideas, updates and results with clarity and strong rationale.
  • Drive experimentation by defining hypotheses, testing different creative approaches and scaling learnings across campaigns.
  • Ensure strong execution by structuring briefs, aligning teams and maintaining clarity across all stages of the project.

About You

  • Based in Madrid
  • Bilingual in English with proficiency in Spanish
  • 4-6 years of experience in creative strategy, ideally within a creative agency or fast-paced marketing environment
  • Solid understanding of social media, digital ecosystems and full-funnel marketing
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across formats and platforms
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas and results
  • High level of ownership and autonomy, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable creative ideas and frameworks
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns with clear impact on performance
