About the Role
This creative role for Internship has been developed to support The Walt Disney Company Publishing & Digital Experiences team in Asia Pacific (APAC). This entails support in the creation and review of branded content as well as working collaboratively with teams of artists, editors, and digital content developers to ensure all creatives properly align with Disney storytelling, sensitivities, and quality benchmarks.
Throughout the internship, he/she will have extensive knowledge of Disney brand franchises and stories. Will have better understanding of the nuances of each story and its characters, as well as the rules of how they should be presented with each other. He/she will be honed to be a problem solver and a global thinker. Will better understand the role and application of art and design in relation to a repertoire of dynamic storytelling contexts. Should be able to apply creative concepts to multiple franchises, while maintaining the unique aesthetic that Disney is known for.
Ideally, the intern should be an artist in his/her own right. We are looking for energetic and proactive self-starters with the ability to produce quality branded content. One must possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment, be a strong advocate of our brands, and have excellent communication skills.
This role will report to Editorial Manager, APAC Publishing, with a functional reporting to Senior Manager, APAC Creative Publishing, and will have many touch points within the organisation.
