At Quantcast, the Creative Solutions team is the client-focused production resource leveraged for the development and design of advertising creative. Our designs help clients achieve their advertising goals while maintaining the highest level of accountability against industry standard best practices. As a creative designer, you will be responsible for ingesting and understanding design briefs for a multitude of templated and custom ad formats, working through feedback and revision rounds, seeking input and mentorship from senior leads, and assisting commercial teams with creative inquiries.

You understand complex workflow relationships and seek improvements to process through efficiency recommendations. You are able to take an undefined problem and work cross-functionally to identify a resolution. You execute requests with minimal errors. You learn the business context and format limitations that may impact campaign performance and delivery. You work effectively with commercial teams to clearly understand the request and identify any opportunities/problems arising from misalignment or misunderstanding. You provide accurate and clear status on your efforts to commercial teams and actively inform them of any changes.
