Job Description
Developing network and related architectures and solutions based on requirements from offering, engineering, and operations, as well as key customers. Working across the organization to provide technical leadership for the network infrastructure. Assessing new technologies and best practices for adoption. Driving standardization and automation into all aspects of the network platform. Engaging with internal and external customers for briefings, issue escalation, and complex solution development. Enabling the extended team’s vitality through training, mentoring, and skills transfer. Documenting network capabilities as appropriate for both internal and external consumption.
- Works together with other business units to define sound solutions
- Provide support to Biz/Product for their technical consultation during ideation or conceptualization
- Develop Solution/Services based on Business/User requirements, Traffic Forecast, Standards & Best Practices
- Develop & deliver HLA (High Level Assessment) in accordance to agreed SLA
- Develop & deliver Solution HLD (High Level Design) to trigger implementation of the project
- Support LLD (Low Level Design) creation to ensure it is aligned with the requirements and oversee/monitor project development & delivery
- Share best practices and acts as a consultant to other group/divisions throughout duration of the project
- Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document
- Participate and lead project meetings among different stakeholders
- Participate in internal projects as required
- Develop Strategies to enhance (and retire) services
- Set Standards and Policies for services design and guidelines
