 Job Overview:

The Court Coverage Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring reliable coverage for a high volume of court hearings while maintaining strong operational performance standards.

This role operates within a fast-paced, in-house operations environment where speed, accuracy, and accountability are critical. The representative works closely with supervisors, coverage teams, and attorneys to ensure hearings are assigned, confirmed, and executed successfully.

This is a KPI-driven role requiring individuals who take ownership of results, respond quickly to operational challenges, and consistently meet performance expectations.

Success in this position requires strong Apple-style operational fundamentals including ownership, simplicity in execution, attention to detail, proactive communication, and a relentless focus on delivering reliable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

High Volume Hearing Coverage Management

  • Coordinate and assign a high volume of daily court hearings to qualified attorneys.
  • Ensure hearings are confirmed, scheduled, and prepared prior to scheduled court times.
  • Monitor hearing pipelines to ensure full coverage and operational readiness.

KPI Ownership & Performance

  • Manage daily workload while meeting or exceeding operational KPIs.
  • Maintain strong performance across key operational metrics including:
    • Coverage completion rate
    • Hearing assignment speed
    • Response time to coverage gaps
    • Coverage reliability
    • Client service quality
  • Monitor personal performance and contribute to overall team productivity.

Risk Identification & Rapid Resolution

  • Identify high-risk hearings early and escalate when necessary.
  • Resolve last-minute coverage gaps or attorney conflicts quickly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate contingency coverage when unexpected issues arise.

Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with supervisors and coverage team members within the in-house operations environment.
  • Maintain clear communication with attorneys and internal teams regarding hearing status.
  • Provide updates and escalate operational risks when necessary.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate records within scheduling and operational systems.
  • Follow established coverage workflows and operational standards.
  • Contribute ideas to improve coverage reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
  • Ability to perform under time-sensitive operational conditions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Comfort working within structured workflows and performance expectations
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems and operational software

Preferred

  • Experience in legal operations, hearing coordination, or litigation support
  • Experience working in KPI-driven operational environments
  • Familiarity with court procedures and hearing processes

Pay Range: $20.00 to $20.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, In Person in our Longmont, CO Office.
