Berklee's Counseling & Survivor Advocacy Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Counselor/Multicultural Specialist to join our diverse mental health team. About the Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Counseling & Survivor Advocacy Services, you will provide comprehensive mental health services using a short-term treatment model. A key focus is on developing therapeutic relationships and programming that prioritize inclusion, empowerment, and strength-based interventions, particularly for historically underserved student populations. Some evening availability may be required.

Hiring Range: $73,000 to $86,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
