As a Corporate Travel Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
Receiving and coordinating travel arrangements for SEL employees, guests and interview candidates for both domestic and international travel.
Utilizing preferred vendor agreements and processing reservations via Global Distribution System (Sabre).
Communicating efficiently and working cooperatively within the dispatch group to ensure SEL travelers are appropriately accommodated.
Confidently providing feedback and guidance to travelers & travel arrangers based on experience and knowledge gained.
Maintaining a culture of professionalism and excellent customer service both internally and externally.
Preparing, accessing and protecting documents containing confidential information.
This job might be for you if:
You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a professional Travel Agent
You are knowledgeable of airline tariffs and regulations, as well as other travel-related vendor rules for trip planning and support.
You are able to quickly learn and assimilate SEL travel standards and policy.
You are able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers and trip details.
You are able to perform word processing and spreadsheet functions.
You are able to show initiative.
You are able to handle large amounts of detail under constantly changing circumstances.
You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Database management skills
Experience working in an Executive/Corporate Office setting.

Pay Range Data:
Corporate Travel Coordinator $32.24 - $42.98 per hour. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
