At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Foot & Ankle team in Sydney. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the clinical side of the business, support surgeons in theatre and develop the skills to grow your own territory over time.
You’ll be joining a passionate, collaborative team and supported by a Territory Manager who values teamwork, communication and ongoing development. You’ll receive extensive product and clinical training, but you’ll need to bring curiosity, high energy and a self-driven approach to learning quickly.
What you’ll do:
Support surgeons in theatre during Foot & Ankle procedures
Provide clinical and technical guidance across your hospitals
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre teams
Work closely with your Territory Manager on business planning and execution
Identify opportunities to grow the Foot & Ankle portfolio
Deliver education sessions and product training to hospital staff
Manage instruments, stock and case preparation across your territory

Self-driven and reliable in fast-paced clinical environments
Sales or healthcare experience is an advantage, but full training is provided
