Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to lead consultative, end-to-end recruitment efforts across our global organization. This role is an integral part of our fun, passionate, and growing Talent Acquisition and HR team. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who excels at partnering with leaders at all levels, communicates effectively, demonstrates strong business acumen, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Proactively source and engage talent across all business areas, building strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates.

  • Provide consultative insights, feedback, and recommendations to support hiring decisions and workforce needs.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Manage a diverse requisition load, often including specialized or global roles.

  • Leverage social media, employer branding strategies, and creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).

Desired Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, global experience preferred. Must have some experience recruiting for technical roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions across all levels of an organization.

  • Proven success in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Experience with Workday Recruit is a plus.

Work Location & Flexibility

This position is based in our Heredia, Costa Rica office and follows a hybrid work model of working minimum 2 days per week in office. Please note that specific business units or role requirements may require additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.
