Job Summary:

This is a 13-month maternity leave coverage contract. As a specialist on the Corporate Knowledge team, you will:

- Research, develop, and write compelling content on a wide range of topics for business leaders
- Administer reporting for key learning programs
- Contribute to team programs and projects related to AI.

You have experience writing instructive content for executives, and you take pride in delivering content that people want to use. You are as interested in business and leadership as you are in KM channels and best practices.

Job Description:

Skills & experience

  • Experience in a relevant field (e.g., Knowledge Management, Internal/Corporate Communications, Professional Writing, Journalism)
  • Superb writing, editing and communication skills, especially for an executive audience
  • Excellent research, reporting and editorial skills
  • Able to talk and write about topics that are relevant to business and functional leaders
  • Strong interview skills - able to synthesize materials and get to what’s important; skilled at grasping new concepts
  • Well organized person who can pay attention to detail and manage multiple projects with appropriate attention and priority
  • Experience with data analysis and data management
  • Experience with SharePoint and Excel an asset
  • Experience with AI tools an asset.

Responsibilities & types of tasks

  • Research, synthesize, write, and edit reference materials for business leaders, such as case studies, FAQs, reference materials, presentations, checklists, and templates from source materials such as presentations, videos, or interviews
  • Coordinate and manage internal publishing channels, including a weekly newsletter
  • Participate in knowledge sharing events for executives and business leaders as needed
  • Act as a primary contact and administrator for education programs.
