Are you ready to launch your career in Corporate Finance and work on M&A, Transaction Services, Due Diligence and Valuation projects within a fast-paced and deal-driven environment?
Join PwC Luxembourg as a Corporate Finance Trainee and be part of a dynamic team of financial advisors. You’ll support clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from initiation through to deal completion, while developing strong technical and professional skills.
Transform complex financial data into actionable insights: Apply rigorous analytical thinking and financial methodologies to support M&A transactions, due diligence and valuation assignments.
Drive client engagement: Collaborate with international clients across industries, including private equity, infrastructure and corporate sectors
Support deal execution: Contribute to buy-side and sell-side transactions and the preparation of client deliverables
Create impactful materials: Assist in the preparation of pitchbooks, reports and presentations
Develop expertise in financial advisory services: Gain exposure to M&A Advisory, Transaction Services and Valuation & Modelling
Collaborate to solve complex challenges: Work across teams to address strategic and financial issues
We’re looking for individuals who are motivated to grow, learn, and contribute. You don’t need to meet every requirement; we encourage you to apply if you’re excited about the role.
Background: Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field from a business or engineering school
Experience: Ideally, a previous internship in M&A, Transaction Services, Valuation, Corporate Development or Audit
Timeline: Available for a 6-month internship, with start dates in January 2027 or July 2027
Mindset: Curious and motivated to learn, with a strong interest in Corporate Finance
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Structured and reliable approach
Ability to work under pressure
Team player with an energetic personality
Languages: Fluency in English required; French or German is a plus.
Work on real transactions with leading clients across industries
Gain hands-on experience in M&A, Transaction Services and Valuation
Collaborate with experts from investment banking, asset management and consulting backgrounds
Develop both technical and professional skills in a demanding and rewarding environment
