As a Corporate Development & M&A Professional, you support the identification, evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives across M&A, partnerships and investments. The role combines strong analytical rigor with strategic market insight and contributes to building and managing a pipeline of potential opportunities, performing financial and strategic analyses, and supporting transaction execution.
In addition, the position offers progressive exposure to partnership discussions, ecosystem engagement and post-transaction integration initiatives. The role works in close collaboration with the Investment Committee, Finance and Legal teams, and business leadership, and offers direct exposure to executive-level decision-making within a fast-growing, international, technology-driven organization.
You are responsible for:
- Contributing to the identification, sourcing and screening of potential acquisition, partnership and investment opportunities aligned with OMP’s strategic priorities.
- Actively supporting market and opportunity mapping across relevant domains, including supply chain software, AI-driven planning solutions, solver technologies and related IT services.
- Driving financial and strategic analyses to assess strategic fit, value creation potential, scalability and risks.
- Preparing clear, structured analysis and decision-support materials for the Investment Committee and senior management.
- Supporting the end-to-end transaction process, including preparation of investment materials, coordination of internal stakeholders and interaction with external advisors.
- Coordinating and supporting financial, legal and operational due-diligence processes, ensuring high-quality outputs across all workstreams.
- Contributing to deal structuring discussions and negotiation preparation together with senior stakeholders.
- Supporting post-transaction integration planning and follow-up, including monitoring of value creation and synergies.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including potential targets, management teams, advisors and ecosystem participants.
