What you’ll do & how you'll make your mark:

  • Provide end-to-end contractual assistance to all brands/teams across the APAC/ANZ region, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements. Act as the legal point of contact for business teams in this region.
  • Assist with and manage any other legal work arising in the APAC/ANZ region, including regulatory, compliance, risk, and corporate matters, as required.
  • Handling company secretarial and corporate compliance for Newfold Digital Group Indian entities, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and other local laws.
  • Maintain statutory records, filings, resolutions, and corporate governance documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with external counsel, regulators, and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Support regional and global legal initiatives, projects, and audits as assigned.
