The Corporate Controller will lead Included Health’s accounting organization and be responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This highly visible role oversees the monthly and quarterly close, external audit, tax, and internal audit functions, managing a team of four direct reports.
You will ensure strong internal controls and high-quality financial statements, while driving process change, building new scalable processes, and holding the team accountable to clear performance standards. The Corporate Controller will partner closely with FP&A, Legal, and business leaders to support strategic decision-making and the long-range financial plan.
