Within Corporate Cash Management (CCM) you will join the team in the role of CCM product manager which reports into the Global Deposits Management & Solutions Head.

In this role, you will support the Global Deposits Management & Solutions head and partner with Coverage, Sales and Product teams globally to develop and implement strategies and approaches for the management of the businesses deposit portfolios and pricing activities with the principal goal of growing deposit volumes and maximizing portfolio profitability.

Your key responsibilities

  • Analyse deposit portfolios to identify trends, opportunities and risks in client behavior and pricing
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize NII/yield while maintaining client competitiveness in collaboration with Sales & Coverage.  
  • Support the design and execution of Deposit Optimization frameworks across client segments and geographies
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders e.g. FRM/Treasury/Finance/Regions to drive deposit profitability and optimization
  • Partner with Treasury/Finance Resource Management to assure the optimal hedging strategies, effective funds transfer pricing processes and support balance sheet funding requirements and deposit growth strategies
  • Enhance the balance sheet forecasting and annual planning cycle process in cooperation with Product, Finance across Regions

Your skills and experience

  • Proficiency in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics or related fields
  • Proven experience in banking preferably withing Treasury, Transaction Banking or Finance
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in financial modelling and analysis
  • Understanding of Liquidity management, balance sheet dynamics and bank funding principles is beneficial
  • Experience with Deposit pricing frameworks and client profitability analysis is highly desirable
  • Capable of creating concise and impactful analysis and presentations tailored to senior audience
