Responsible of conducting the business of the particular function in a way that the operations run smoothly, with good quality, in line with the agreed standards & goals and with risk management awareness. They contribute to the definition of new products/standards and implement them in the respective function and initiate the optimization of services/processes.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the income/corporate action team and professionally manage and process all types of corporate actions events: mandatory, voluntary, and mandatory with choice, within the necessary “cut-off” times while maintaining a certain level of quality.
  • Process the timely booking of all corporate actions proceeds (cash/securities)
  • Reconcile any discrepancies in due time.
  • Ensure the processing of customer queries and complaints in relation to all activities covered by "corporate actions" aiming to provide adequate and sustainable solutions keeping a strong client focus approach
  • Comply with controls and procedures in place.
  • Inform and report any incidents to the appropriate controllers.
  • Maintain contact with the Business Support Center, client account managers, custodians, other internals services and our subsidiaries in order to assist customers and handle/ follow up on queries.
  • Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our IT systems
  • Keep up dated with any changes to market rules and regulations and communicate them to the team.

Your profile:                           

  • Have good analytical skills with an ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to operate effectively to tight deadlines.                        
  • Have the capacity to prioritize in a multi-task/multi deadline environment.
  • Be able to manage stress and a large work volume.
  • change in the pursuit of operational excellence.

  • Strong Team Player – team spirit and effective team work within a multicultural environment

Your skills and Experience:

  • Qualifications: BAC+4 or equivalent in experience.
  • Back office experience in corporate action and income.
  • Languages: English (written and spoken), German, French, Spanish and Italian are an advantage
  • T24 system background is an advantage.
  • Display excellent attention to detail and be dedicated to quality.
  • Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment with the ability and desire to
