About the Team
This internship spans both the People & Strategy domain and the CEO Office (Corporate Strategy), with an approximately 50–50 split between (i)corporate strategy work, and (ii) recruitment and internship engagement.
What You’ll Do
CEO Office - Corporate Strategy
Support strategic projects, including tracking milestones, risks, and interdependencies, and consolidating inputs into clear decision materials.
Prepare and maintain high-quality presentations, briefs, and meeting packs for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct external market, competitive, and best-practice benchmarking across digital banks and fintechs, and distil insights for management.
Support preparation of regular shareholder and senior management updates on strategy, performance, and key risks.
Assist with regulatory engagement materials, including recurring discussions and presentations, ensuring a consistent and coherent strategic narrative.
Help develop and maintain corporate strategy materials (e.g. investment decks, talking points, and strategic overviews)
Support the planning and execution of strategy workshops and offsites, including analysis packs, scenarios, and synthesis of outcomes.
Help translate the medium-term corporate strategy into measurable objectives and key results (OKRs), and support the tracking of progress against these metrics.
People - Talent Management / Acquisition
Schedule, communicate, and track interview processes and feedback for candidates.
Plan and execute intern engagement activities and collect feedback for program enhancement.
Support university outreach and coordinate logistics for campus recruitment/employer branding events.
Provide logistical support for Graduate assessment centers.
Prepare recruitment advertisement and marketing content with guidance from the Head of Talent Acquisition and in partnership with the Marketing/Corp Communication team.
What You’ll Need
Currently pursuing a Tertiary Education in a relevant field
Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical and research skills; comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of information.
Excellent structured writing and presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides, Excel / Google Sheets).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly comfortable in a semi-structured environment.
A self starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.
