JOB DESCRIPTION
The Coordinator, Videoboard Operations will assist in producing engaging fan experiences by supporting the setup, consistency, and day-of-event execution of the videoboard ecosystem across all athletic venues. Reporting to the Director, Videoboard Operations, this role will help implement and operate LED display workflows that elevate the in-venue experience through consistent, branded content, real-time data usage, and execution of Learfield sponsorship activations. The Coordinator will support the technical show-control environment that powers 59 LED surfaces across nine locations, including Ohio Stadium, Schottenstein Center, Covelli Center, Ty Tucker Tennis Center, Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium, Bill Davis Stadium, Buckeye Field, Buckeye Varsity Field, and the Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium, assisting with venue-specific configuration, pre-event checks, and system readiness.

The Coordinator will assist with day-of-event operation of graphics playback and control systems for non-16:9 LED displays, supporting Ross XPression, Ross DashBoard, MotionRocket LaunchPad, and Daktronics Show Control in a fast-paced live environment. This role will focus heavily on event coverage, helping execute game scripts, cueing graphics and data elements, confirming accuracy of stats/lower thirds and other fields, and troubleshooting issues quickly in collaboration with Live Events Producers and Video Engineering Technology. The Coordinator will help maintain consistent videoboard standards venue-to-venue by supporting template updates, organizing and managing media/assets and documenting workflows and best practices. They will also assist with sponsorship fulfillment requests and activations as assigned, coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution, and support continuous improvement efforts that maximize operational efficiency and the overall fan experience. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. Basic working knowledge of live production game scripts and cue-based execution, with strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and responsive under pressure. Ability to learn and operate live graphics/playback systems, follow established standards, and communicate clearly with Producers, Directors, Technical Directors, and Engineering teams. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the athletics/events calendar.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience (or exposure) to Ross XPression and/or Ross DashBoard; familiarity with MotionRocket LaunchPad, Daktronics Show Control, and/or comparable playback and venue control systems. Experience supporting real-time stats/data integration into live workflows. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and/or Premiere preferred. Strong troubleshooting mindset, willingness to document processes, and a passion for operational consistency across multiple venues. Experience within the professional or collegiate sports industry preferred.
