The Challenge

We are a multi-national organisation within the dynamic world of entertainment seeking a Coordinator, People Operations to join our EMEA People Operations team – working on full spectrum support across our Take-Two, 2K and Zynga entities in the UK and ROI. The opportunity to make an impact is huge and the candidate we are seeking will be proactive, engaging, collaborative and capable of delivering high quality People Operations support to customers and colleagues within a framework of best practice. The candidate will be used to working to tight deadlines, going the extra mile and working within a very fast-paced environment. The purpose of this role is to provide operational HR support to our UK and ROI employees, ensuring efficient employee lifecycle processes and maintaining a positive employee experience. The Coordinator, People Operations will be responsible for various HR tasks and collaborating with different stakeholders.

What You’ll Take On

  • Triage HR cases made from employees, managers and HRBPs in ServiceNow, answering general queries and signposting where necessary.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering T2's culture.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and improving HR processes in collaboration with the HRIS team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assisting with immigration records and processes, ensuring we are compliant with Home Office requirements.
  • Support the People Operations Partners with payroll inputting in line with our payroll deadlines.
  • Maintain employee data and input changes into our HRIS system Workday. 
  • Support recruitment activities by creating, editing and closing job requisitions.
  • Implement operational changes to enhance employee experience and efficiency.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration, including changes, terminations, and contractor coordination.
  • Maintain electronic employee files and People Operations drives.
  • Schedule and conduct company inductions.
  • Coordinate probationary review processes and track completion.
  • Process day-to-day benefits administration as well as monthly benefits operational processes.
  • Record and process invoices for Finance.
  • Generate reports to fulfil business needs.
  • Prepare files for audit purposes.
  • Respond to reference requests.
  • Collaborate with HR teams in the UK, Ireland, US, Canada and Asia to support global People Operations projects and schemes. 
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and provide general administrative support.

What You Bring

  • Proficient in using Microsoft tools.
  • Experience with using HRIS systems, in particular Workday, is preferred. 
  • Proactive, autonomous, and flexible work approach while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
  • An agile approach to work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR legislation and practices across the UK and ROI would be advantageous.

This role requires you to come into our London office four days a week, Monday to Wednesday, and you choose Thursday or Friday.
