ABOUT THE ROLE:  

We are looking to hire a superstar Coordinator who is eager to learn more about the world of influencer marketing. This entry-level account management position will be tasked with leading influencer discovery and campaign monitoring while supporting the team with influencer outreach, creative briefing and performance analysis. Our perfect candidate is someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, who is detail-oriented and organized, and has a willingness to jump in with a “can-do” attitude.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Strategy  
    • Contributor to strategy research and formatting. 
    • Identify and source creators in alignment with strategy, brand aesthetic and campaign goals.  
    • Support performance analysis of influencer partnerships across a variety of data sets. 
  • Execution 
    • Responsible for keeping all documents and folders up-to-date and organized. 
    • Ensure influencer content is posted correctly and captured for reporting.   
    • Prepares client-facing recaps with high level metrics and content screenshots. 
    • Support paid budget executors in logging and organizing influencer billing. 
    • Assist on any special projects for clients as needed. 
  • Leadership 
    • Share progress updates often, managing up concerns and identifying areas of support. 
    • Communicates clearly and effectively. 
    • Able to manage time independently delivering on time to deadlines and ensuring prompt responses to team, client and influencers. 
    • Collaborates and share best practices with peers. 
  • Mindset & Behavior 
    • Exudes team player mentality by actively providing support to team as needed. 
    • Eager to learn and volunteers for projects outside their comfort zone.  
    • Detail oriented and proactively contributes to team and client needs, demonstrating resourcefulness, creativity and problem solving 

QUALIFICATIONS :  

  • People and relationship oriented, cares about clients, team members, influencers and mentorship  
  • Strong interest in influencer and social media marketing    
  • Familiarity with prominent influencer social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc.)  
  • Strong communication and organizational skills    
  • Fluency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office and corresponding platforms.  
  • Excellent self-management skills and willingness to dive headfirst into tasks  
  • Must have relevant internship experience in Marketing, Social Media, Events and/or related fields 
  • 1-2 years minimum of experience  

 

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$40,000$75,000 USD
