Coordinator, Marketing – Sport 24 & Studios

What You’ll Do:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing activity, helping to bring Sport 24 and IMG Studios’ campaigns to life. You’ll support partner marketing by creating compelling decks and assets, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring our partners are always informed and engaged. Working closely with creative, digital, programming, and comms teams, you’ll help deliver campaigns on time, track performance, and contribute to exciting PR initiatives.

You’ll also get hands-on with managing content calendars, coordinating assets across teams, and supporting major industry events — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Along the way, you’ll track and report on key metrics, keep our marketing platforms up to date, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Marketing:

  • Support the channels marketing and commercial teams in the acquisition of new partners through the development of partner marketing decks and other tailored marketing materials.

  • Support the channels marketing team to maintain partner relationships, provide day-today assistance, and coordinate regular monthly asset deliveries to existing partners.

  • Collaborate with creative team to develop regular monthly partner assets and campaign specific collateral.

Campaign Delivery & Project Management

  • Collaborate with channel presentation, programming and creative teams to plan and implement regular content highlights and promotions, ensuring assets are delivered on time and that they align with Sport 24 and rightsholder brand guidelines.

  • Support Studios marketing team to manage content & production calendar, ensuring consistent communication between marketing team and production teams.

  • Collaborate with studios and digital marketing teams to ensure case studies and assets are collected, filed, and distributed to the right teams, in time and ahead of planned activity.

  • Collaborate with comms, marketing and Studios teams on various PR initiatives, including press releases, interviews, spotlights & paid media .

Reporting & Tools:

  • Document & track key performance and provide accurate insights into monthly activity for both Sport 24 & Studios activity.

  • Produce quarterly reports tracking successes and growth areas. Work with team to identify key metrics and track partner engagement.

  • Support management of Sport 24’s Partner Marketing platform (Frontify), and our CRM (Hubspot) ensuring assets and guidelines are kept up to date.

  • Support in managing the upkeep of the Sport 24 website and digital channels.

Event Planning:

  • Assist channels marketing team with planning & delivery of major industry events and shows.

  • Support the team with incoming invoices, ensuring trackers and finance teams are kept up to date.

What we're looking for

  • Marketing experience with a strong understanding of different marketing channels and CRM tools.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.

  • Proficient ability to deliver and evaluate effective marketing activity.

  • A proactive self-starter who can prioritise and manage multiple projects with creativity, efficiency, and impact.  

  • Strong communication collaboration and project management skills.

  • Interest in latest marketing trends, including Ai & automation tools.

  • Confident in contributing creative ideas across different business functions. 

  • Diligent, with strong attention to detail.

  • A genuine passion for sports, media & marketing.

Working Conditions:

  • The work location is Chiswick Park, London.

  • This is a permanent contract.

  • You'll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/ during a broadcast or production.

  • You may be required to travel to industry events and work on-site for the duration of an event, as necessary.

  • Outside of event travel there may be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role.
