Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated HR Records Coordinator to join our Human Resources Shared Services department. This role will utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and other HR-related functions. In this position you will also be responsible for handling colleague personnel file requests, adhering to established records requests procedures, and supporting various daily tasks and special projects. You will also work closely with our third-party vendors to maintain and manage colleagues’ personnel files as well as support employment and wage verification requests. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
This includes physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. Often acts as a liaison between colleagues and vendors to address questions and concerns related to employment verification and wage requests.
This involves responding to employee inquiries ensuring that employment and wage verifications are accurate and provided in a timely manner. Collaborates with vendors to assist in wage verification inquiries, including salary history and earnings confirmation.
This involves processing personnel file requests in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring compliance with established records request protocols and confidentiality standards.
This includes staying up to date on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensuring that company practices are compliant.
Many HR records coordinators utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and other HR-related functions.
Ensuring that employee data in the HRIS is accurate and up to date. Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Collaborating with HR managers and other HR team members to complete routine tasks related to records management an on various projects and initiatives.
May include a variety of administrative tasks as needed by the HR department. Assisting with special projects related to records management, process improvements and system enhancements.
