The team
You are part of the Information Management team (20–25 FTE) consisting of business analysts, architects, and support specialists. We operate and evolve the Finance data warehouses and related processes, serving Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Finance Business Advice.

We continuously adapt to changes in products, processes, and IT infrastructure to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. We work in an Agile environment, embracing flexibility, ownership, continuous learning, and collaboration.
 

Roles and responsibilities
You play a key role in ensuring Finance adheres to both regulatory and internal data quality frameworks, while managing incident and change processes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Data Quality Governance

    • Coordinate and consult on implementing and maintaining external (BC BS 239) and internal (DM PCS) data quality frameworks.

    • Organize and lead Data Quality Boards, review and document data issues, and align with data stewards and stakeholders.

    • Advise and administer DUA/SLA agreements for Finance services.

  • Process Management

    • Act as process manager for incident handling: report, steer improvements, and ensure follow-up.

    • Manage the Change Process within IM, ensuring compliance and proper execution.

  • Service Oversight

    • Support the Financial Accounting MT with insights on large Finance projects, data quality status, and incident/change requests.

Furthermore, you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Data Quality, Change Management, or Consultancy;

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree;

  • You are pro-active, pragmatic, and enthusiastic person. Motivating people comes natural to you;

  • You are familiar with Agile ways of working (a plus).
