We are seeking a senior, strategic leader to join Broadridge as a Conversions Manager, Regulatory Reporting for Broadridge Message Automation (BRMA). This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced professional who combines deep regulatory reporting expertise, implementation delivery excellence, and organizational leadership capability.
In this role, you will lead complex client delivery programs across global regulatory reporting regimes while also establishing and scaling a Regulatory Reporting CoE that drives consistency, best practice, domain leadership, and delivery excellence across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Broadridge’s implementation approach, strengthening regulatory advisory capability, mentoring high-performing teams, and ensuring clients are equipped with compliant, scalable, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a Regulatory Reporting Center of Excellence to support client delivery, advisory capability, and solution standardization across global jurisdictions.
- Define the CoE operating model, governance, delivery standards, and reusable implementation assets, including playbooks, templates, and testing frameworks.
- Lead complex regulatory reporting implementation programs from initiation through go-live and post-production stabilization.
- Oversee delivery governance, project plans, risks, dependencies, resourcing, and escalations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive delivery excellence through scalable implementation practices, quality controls, and performance metrics.
- Lead discovery and business analysis to gather, challenge, and validate client, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate complex regulatory obligations and client needs into scalable, compliant solution designs and implementation approaches.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting operating models, data flows, controls, and exception management processes.
- Establish testing, validation, and production readiness standards to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure strong defect management, documentation, traceability, sign-off, and audit readiness across implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on regulatory reporting strategy, implementation readiness, operating model design, and solution adoption.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Sales, Relationship Management, and Support teams to align delivery with business and client priorities.
- Support strategic pre-sales engagements, RFP responses, and client workshops with deep regulatory and solution expertise.
- Oversee technical implementation planning, integration design, release management, and deployment across on-premises and SaaS environments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while building organizational capability, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Significant experience (12 to 18 years) leading technology implementation and transformation programs across the full project lifecycle, ideally within investment banking, capital markets, market infrastructure, post-trade, or financial technology environments.
- Strong leadership experience building, scaling, or managing a Center of Excellence, practice, function, or delivery team within regulatory reporting, capital markets operations, or financial technology.
- Deep expertise in global regulatory reporting regimes, including MiFID II (RTS 1, RTS 2, and RTS 22), and strong knowledge of at least two or more of the following: EMIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank (CFTC/SBSR), Canadian reporting regimes, MAS, HKMA, ASIC, or equivalent jurisdictions.
- Proven track record delivering complex regulatory reporting solutions involving data onboarding, transformation, validation, reconciliation, exception management, and production go-live.
- Strong understanding of target operating models, controls, and implementation challenges related to regulatory reporting programs.
- Experience leading senior client stakeholders, executive governance forums, and cross-functional internal teams in complex delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of project and program governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery assurance.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, middleware, and data integration approaches, preferably in cloud/SaaS environments such as AWS.
- Experience with issue and workflow management tools such as Jira, Remedy, or Service Manager.
- Working knowledge of version control and release management processes, including Git-based workflows.
Desired
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments, including Bash scripting.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language such as Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
- Experience contributing to product strategy, regulatory change programs, or go-to-market initiatives in regulatory technology.
- Familiarity with managed services or utility operating models for regulatory reporting.
