The Role
We're seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join our Marketing Technology team. In this role, you'll be the analytical engine behind our lead generation efforts—measuring, testing, and optimizing every touchpoint in our digital funnel to maximize conversion rates and revenue impact. You'll work at the intersection of data analysis, experimentation, and revenue modeling to continuously improve how we attract and convert prospects into customers. This is a critical role for someone who loves turning insights into action and can connect marketing metrics directly to business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Analysis & Measurement
Experimentation & Testing
Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys
Develop testing roadmaps based on data insights, user research, and business priorities
Document test hypotheses, methodologies, results, and learnings to build institutional knowledge
Prioritize tests based on potential revenue impact and level of effort
Revenue Modeling & Forecasting
Build and maintain revenue attribution models that connect marketing activities to closed revenue
Forecast the revenue impact of proposed optimization initiatives
Calculate ROI on marketing campaigns and optimization efforts
Partner with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate lead-to-revenue tracking
Tools & Technology
Leverage HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Lucky Orange, and other martech tools to gather insights and implement tests
Identify gaps in the tech stack and recommend new tools or capabilities to improve optimization efforts
Ensure proper tracking implementation and data accuracy across platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design teams to implement optimization initiatives
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Present test results and strategic recommendations to leadership
What You'll Need
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital analytics, or growth marketing
Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and experience setting up goals, events, and custom reports
Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to build revenue models and connect marketing metrics to business outcomes
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and modeling
Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
Excellent communication skills—ability to tell compelling stories with data
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS or HR/payroll technology sectors
Knowledge of SQL for custom data queries
Familiarity with session replay and heatmap tools (Lucky Orange, Hotjar, etc.)
Experience with landing page builders and basic HTML/CSS
Background in statistics or quantitative analysis
Understanding of paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and their optimization
