As Controlling Enablement Head within our Controlling Operations Functions team (part of Global Finance Services),  you'll shape the future of financial planning, reporting, and analytics at Sanofi, leading a global team and driving next-generation capabilities that define our long-term competitive positioning. In this enterprise-wide leadership role, you'll orchestrate Sanofi's IBM Planning Analytics ecosystem across all business units and global functions — transforming how financial data drives strategic decision-making at scale.

Main responsibilities:

• Define and lead the strategic direction for financial planning and analytics across the global organization, shaping a long-term roadmap aligned with Finance Transformation.
• Own and evolve the IBM Planning Analytics Core Model, governing forecasting cycles, global metadata, and modelling standards across all business units and functions.
• Drive simplification, harmonization, and standardization of management reporting and forecasting processes across the organization.
• Partner with senior executives — including CFOs, Finance Operations, Digital, and Business Operations leaders — to align on a shared vision for financial analytics.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence across data integrity, user support, and knowledge management functions.
• Support the Reporting Insights strategy by providing subject matter expertise and facilitating user adoption of data visualization capabilities.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary senior leadership team spanning multiple global hubs.

About you:

• Extensive background in financial planning, controlling, or analytical leadership roles within large, complex multinational organizations.
• Proven expertise in IBM Planning Analytics, SAP finance flows, and enterprise reporting architectures.
• Track record of leading large-scale transformation across matrixed organizations and delivering measurable strategic impact.
• Significant experience leading and developing senior leaders across global functions.
• Master's degree in Finance, Data/Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Visionary leadership style with strong executive presence, strategic communication skills, and the ability to influence at the most senior levels.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
