As a Controlling Business Partner, you will partner with Procurement, IT, and HR to provide independent financial insights that support strategic decision-making. In this role, you will report to the Senior Controlling Manager and act as a key liaison between Controlling and other departments to ensure smooth communication on processes and changes. You will integrate multiple disciplines to enhance business orientation and deliver reliable, relevant, and timely information that drives performance.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Improving the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance
  • Providing analysis and delivering insights that link financial reports to business strategies
  • Initiating effective commercial procedures or changes to ensure operational, commercial, and financial targets are met
  • Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with senior managers and their teams
  • Performing data collection for financial analysis, ensuring consistency, plausibility, and timely delivery
  • Monitoring transactional data quality and recommending improvements
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for standardization and harmonization

Skills You Bring:

  • Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable field
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance or Controlling, ideally within an industrial environment
  • Deep understanding of Accounting and Controlling processes
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment
  • Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Strong service and performance orientation with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive, critical processes effectively
  • Advanced skills in SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience with consolidation tools (e.g., Oracle HFM)

Preferred Skills:

  • German or Polish language skills could be a plus
  • Experience in process standardization and harmonization initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
