Possess and develop a knowledgeable and working understanding of the US Government Acquisition and Procurement environment, commercial contracting methods (FAR Part 12 and non-Gov), and FAR/DFARS/Agency requirements
Ensure compliance with the Sierra Space Command Media and relevant company policies and procedures
Data entry into SAP and JIRA to support daily contractual operations as well as compliance with Command Media and Government data retention.
Lead responses to data calls by coordinating input from Contract Administrators and Managers as well as running and organizing reports from SAP and SharePoint.
Route for approval all NDAs, agreements, proposals, contract awards, contract modifications and ensure all required documentation is filed appropriately.
Coordinate with other company functions to ensure appropriate reviews are conducted and obtain required review and approval signatures prior to submittal of proposals or execution of contractual documents
Perform all aspects of assigned contract administration including, but not limited to, accuracy of order entry data, contract funding, scope changes, contract amendments, receipt and delivery schedules, legal requirement compliance and fulfillment of other commitments
Compile and maintain all required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and Company policies and procedures
Support Contract Administrators and Managers, Program Managers, IPT Leads, and Business Area leads and provide contracts support to company management at all levels, as required
Review and enter all contractual data into SAP ensuring coordination with finance to mitigate any downstream errors and issues.
File and catalog all contractual correspondence, documentation, and internal memos. To include consistent and accurate labeling of all documentation and file folders.
Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
Typically 2+ years of related experience.
Developing knowledge in contract management, negotiation, and contract administration.
Knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and contract administration best practices.
General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
General application of concepts and principles.
Experience with Government Contracts, specifically the DoD and IC, including but not limited to Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and Other Transactional Agreements
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties set forth in job description above
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Exhibit sound interpersonal skills when interfacing, coordinating, and advising Sierra Space internal stakeholders
Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents, must be skilled with SAP, JIRA, and Microsoft Office suite of applications
Proficient SharePoint and file sharing/management software
Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations

Pay Range:
$73,852.00 - $101,545.75Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
