ADI’s Aerospace and Defense business unit develops a wide variety of multi-function modules, including frequency synthesizers, phased array beamformers, amplifiers, transmit/receive modules, frequency converters, proximity sensors, etc. These products are designed with a combination of SMT and hybrid construction technologies, and they operate at frequency ranges through millimeter-wave.

We are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Specialist to join our Government Contracts team. This role will support contract lifecycle activities for U.S. Government defense programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Support proposal development, contract modifications, and pricing activities
  • Maintain contract documentation and records, ensuring audit readiness
  • Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts
  • Track contract deliverables, funding status, and key dates using internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Review and interpret contract terms and conditions
  • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Program Management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of U.S. Government contracts experience
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and U.S. Government acquisition processes
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tools
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance a plus

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $66,112 to $90,904.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
