About the role
We're seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration and supplier relationships for Transurban's core Australian assets.
You'll join a high-performing commercial team who are passionate about delivering best-practice contract management to provide enduring value for Transurban.

Day-to-day, you will:
Manage multiple service contracts across various assets, ensuring contractor compliance
Review contract variations, claims, and scope to protect Transurban's commercial interests
Work closely with internal teams including Maintenance, Engineering, Finance and Commercial to deliver contracted services
Provide regular financial and performance reporting to support monthly/year-end close, forecasting and budgeting
This role will suit someone with an analytical mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
Proven contract management experience, with the ability to work autonomously
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills to maintain accurate records
Practical, hands-on approach to proactively manage issues at sites as required
Ability to quickly understand complex technical and commercial information
Proven experience interpreting and managing contracts and legal documentation
