Join us at KBR as a Contracts Analyst, where you'll lead end-to-end contract management, driving compliance, efficiency, and strategic support for mission-critical programs. Your work will have a direct impact on ensuring contractual integrity and timely execution, shaping the trajectory of our procurement and acquisition operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform contract closeout activities.
  • Oversee all aspects of contract management from the award of new contracts to the liquidation of contractual obligations.
  • Prepare, review, and expedite contract requirement packages (CRP) to meet the customer's suspense and ensure the technical requirements are in scope of the Performance Work Statements (PWS).
  • Advise management, senior level engineers, and staff in development of contract documents (Performance Work Statements, Statement of Work, Independent Government Estimate, evaluation criteria, etc) in accordance with new and established regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide input into the use of current and proposed automation systems through which contract documents and actions are executed, and improving work flow of critical contract purchases/requirements.
  • Perform contract closeout activities.
  • Maintain organized contract records and files
  • Utilize contracts and procurements systems to include PCF, EDA and other Army approved tools.
  • Analyze complex business situations, identify the appropriate use of analytical tools, and demonstrate effective due diligence with the analytical processes.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to contract funding, invoicing, time charging, and overall financial management of programs 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of related work experience working in contracts and procurement
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Foundational Contracting Certification (COR)
  • Experience ensuring compliance with FAR and DFARS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with contract and procurement systems
  • Pre-award and post-award processes
