DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.
We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.
The Contract Template Manager role sits within the Third Party Contracting (TPC) Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, which is part of Global Procurement. The TPC CoE is accountable for driving contracting excellence across the Bank through robust governance, continuous system, process and framework improvements and comprehensive training programs.
Create and maintain easy-to-use playbooks (i.e. guides) to help enable the new contracting & contract management process. These playbooks, which will empower our people and significantly improve efficiency & compliance at Deutsche Bank, will explain legal and risk requirements in a clear, actionable way for those involved in contract negotiations. The playbooks will describe how to effectively manage a number of negotiation scenarios and who people should go to if they need expert support. Manage these playbooks, and work with the new TPC Centre of Excellence and Risk & Legal functions to ensure they are accurate and consistent.
