As a Contract Supervisor based in Luton you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Managing and developing the hire contract team for a national account
  • Generating and maintaining the hire equipment exchange schedule and ensure smooth running of the exchange process
  • Making sure SLA are achieved/exceeded
  • Monitoring equipment breakdowns and ad hoc hires
  • Investigating equipment failures and ensure all records and reports are up to date
  • Processing hire contracts, sales orders and purchase orders

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
