The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and proven project management experience. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment and can anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and manage complex workflows with discretion and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership & Strategic Support

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP and provide high-level support to two VPs, helping prioritize and manage time, focus, and decision-making.
  • Proactively manage complex, dynamic calendars across multiple senior leaders, ensuring alignment with business priorities and optimizing for impact.
  • Prepare executives for internal and external meetings with briefings, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Draft communications on behalf of the SVP and support communications for the broader leadership team as needed.

Project & Program Management

  • Lead and coordinate key business initiatives on behalf of the SVP and AMS Sales leadership team.
  • Track progress against goals, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks and drive accountability.
  • Support planning and execution of sales leadership meetings, QBRs, and offsites.
  • Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports for leadership visibility.

Sales Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
  • Help drive rhythm of the business (forecast cadence, pipeline reviews, performance tracking).
  • Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure timely follow-ups on key action items.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across the SVP and VP leadership scope.
  • Build strong relationships across senior leadership and act as a connector within the organization.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance team effectiveness.
  • Manage logistics for travel, events, and executive engagements across multiple leaders.
  • Support budget tracking, expense management, and vendor coordination as needed.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the SVP or C-level, with experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience in project or program management (formal training or certification a plus)
  • Experience supporting sales or GTM organizations strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of business judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Advanced proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, CRM tools)

Key Competencies

  • Strategic thinking and prioritization
  • Project management and execution
  • Stakeholder management and influence
  • Proactive problem-solving
  • Adaptability and resilience
  • Executive presence and professionalism
