Position Summary
Contract Manager supports the administration of contracts, claims, and lien processes for the construction team. This role coordinates between internal teams (project management, accounting, legal) and subcontractors to ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual obligations.Role and Responsibilities
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Contract Negotiation and Drafting: Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable terms.
Risk Mitigation and Compliance: Assist in preparing correspondence related to liens, claims, disputes, and contract compliance. Subcontractor.
Management: Monitoring subcontractor performance, overseeing their deliverables, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
Dispute Resolution: Acting as the liaison to resolve disputes or conflicts between stakeholders, contractors, and clients.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a legal-related role.
A strong understanding of contract principles, legal terminology, and experience negotiating contractual terms.
Strong attention to detail to analyze complex contracts, identify risks, and ensure compliance.
Experience specific to construction or related fields Preferred Skills: Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM).

The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $127,770. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
