About the role  

As a Contract Administration Coordinator, this role will work in collaboration with stakeholders to coordinate contract processes to support the review and endorsement of agreements, contracts, compliance and legislative requirements.

 

Reporting to the Contract Administration Manager, this is a permanent position, (with full-time and or part-time position available), based in THQ Blackburn, VIC.  

 

How will you make an impact 

  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring terms, conditions, KPIs and compliance requirements are appropriate for all funded TSA services
  • Advise leaders and managers on legislative and compliance obligations, ensuring requirements are documented and shared with relevant subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with Contract Services team members to develop, refine and implement processes, taking ownership of designated contract areas
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Approved Authorities and ensure all endorsements and approvals meet TSA governance standards
  • Support Tenders and Grants, Funding Allocations and Copyright teams to achieve Contract Services objectives

What you will bring  

  • A tertiary qualification or proven experience in contract coordination or a related field 
  • Experience in the community services sector 
  • Solid knowledge of contract management practices, compliance processes, and legislative awareness 
  • Strong communication and analytical skills—you translate complexity into clarity 
  • A collaborative mindset and a solutions-focused approach 
  • A current Employee Working With Children's Check 
  • Familiarity with government grants, funding agreements, or nonprofits is a plus
