In this role, you will:
Work with process teams to identify and execute improvement opportunities, projects, tasks & milestones, managing your own work to meet deadlines
Collaborate with IMEx Lead and project coaches on various phases of projects.
Bring together cross-disciplinary teams when working on complex problems or pursuing business opportunities.
Apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate Work Team.
Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems under supervision.
Operate in a structured environment using established procedures and seek guidance when needed.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
Bachelors degree with 0+ years of experience, OR an Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of program and project management in support of Lean, Enterprise Excellence, Six Sigma, quality improvement, and similar initiatives
Experience and working knowledge of Process Monitoring systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), and manufacturing procedures and standards
Experience with data extraction and analysis tools and software (Snowflake, Power BI, Minitab)
Experience in functional area
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Role may require occasional off-shift support.
