At Hitachi Energy, our work supports customers around the world in building a more sustainable, resilient, and efficient energy future. As a Focus Factory ITM/ Continuous Improvement Leader at our Crystal Springs, MS location, you will play a vital role in turning this purpose into action.
Integrated Transformer Management, is our Lean Management system, defines how we operate across the Transformers business globally. In this role, you will help embed ITM thinking across the extended factory value chain, driving measurable and sustainable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost. Guided by the North America Hub’s vision and growth strategy, you will partner with teams at every level to turn continuous improvement into a daily habit.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Drive continuous improvement using the ITM Lean Management system.
Partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate waste across the value stream.
Enable and mature ITM deployment across the Focus Factory.
Lead and facilitate Kaizen and Process Excellence events.
Improve KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
Support training, coaching, and capability building on ITM tools and methods.
Lead cost-out initiatives and coach others through execution.
Strengthen a factory-wide problem-solving and coaching culture.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
1+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement.
Hands-on experience with Lean methodologies; Six Sigma certification preferred.
Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrix or cross-functional environment.
Demonstrated success driving measurable improvement results.
Experience with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems a strong advantage.
