Program Summary

KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.

Job Summary

Food Service Helpers serve as key members of the food service team. They are responsible for the cleaning, sanitation, and general housekeeping for the entire operation. As a Food Service Helper, you will be assisting cooks in the preparation and service of meals for military personnel. The Sultan’s Inn Dining Facility is a fast-paced food service operation that runs 24/7, so you will be working in a shift environment that provides the highest level of customer service around the clock.   

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping IAW Tri-Services Food Code.
• Provide support to kitchen cooks during meal preparation and service.
• Replenish service line and serve customers when directed by lead. 
• Load and unload subsistence, supplies, and equipment when directed by lead.
• Additional duties as assigned by lead, Dining Facility Manager, supervisor, etc   

Basic Qualifications

• Turkish Citizen
• High School Graduate
• Ability to Speak, Read, and Understand Level 1 English

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Restaurant, Hospitality, or Tourism experience
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification  

All positions require the applicant to obtain and pass a medical physical that is certified by a doctor.

All positions require a current and favorable Turkish Security background check.

All male candidates must have completed their military service.
