Job Description

  • Part of Motorola’s core team working on opportunities.

  • Value adds from a product/solution knowledge perspective

  • Understands Motorola’s products and is involved in making presentations to end-customers

  • Involved in understanding customer requirements and proposing the right solution to the end customer

  • Works extensively with the partner to position the solution and demonstrate the same to the end customer.

  • Imparts periodic training to the partners to upgrade skills and focuses upon partner enablement to handle complex implementations

  • Helps position Motorola’s core strategy with the end customers, talk about Motorola’s solutions portfolio with the end customers/partners

  • Responsible for growing the market alongwith the business team

  • Co-ordinates technical support for projects being implemented by partners

  • Works with key regulatory agencies for necessary product approvals

Basic Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s of Engineering degree is required, having studied telecommunications or related field.

  • Seeking minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering and/or solutions architecture.

  • Knowledge of telecommunications technologies

  • Strong general knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols and security is highly desirable.

  • Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Willingness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.

  • Attention to detail and a flawless execution mind-set.
