This is a full-time role as a Senior Content Marketing Manager, located onsite in New York, NY.
We’re looking for an exceptional writer and operator to own content at Hadrius, creating high-quality assets that directly drive pipeline, enable sales, and improve conversion across the funnel.
This is not a “traffic” content role. This is a revenue role.
You’ll work at the center of GTM execution, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Growth to turn positioning into assets that move deals forward. Every piece of content you create should have a clear job: generate pipeline, accelerate deals, or increase win rates.
You will work directly with the founding team to design and build the future of the financial compliance system. We pride ourselves on having a culture that rewards impact and success generously. We’re focused first and foremost on empowering each other to do our best work, today and into the future. You'll be on a team that works incredibly hard and seeks other exceptional people excited to do the same.
Responsibilities
First week:
- Learn our ICP, product, and core messaging
- Review existing content library, identify gaps vs marketing, pipeline, and sales needs
- Shadow sales calls to understand how content is used (or not used) in deals
- Identify 3–5 high-impact content opportunities tied directly to pipeline
First month:
- Ship core revenue-driving assets:
- 1–2 case studies
- Updated landing pages aligned to ICP + messaging
- Sales enablement content (one-pagers, follow-up assets)
- Partner with PMM to ensure tight alignment on positioning + messaging
- Work with Demand Gen to distribute content into campaigns
- Launch at least one webinar or live content experience
- Establish baseline metrics across content → demo conversion and pipeline influence
First 3 months & beyond:
- Build a scalable content engine tied directly to pipeline generation
- Ensure content is consistently used across active deals (>70%+ adoption)
- Own creation of high-performing assets:
- Case studies
- Landing pages
- White papers
- Webinars / panels
- Drive measurable improvements in conversion rates across funnel stages
- Build SEO strategy focused on qualified, ICP-driven traffic (not vanity traffic)
- Continuously iterate based on sales feedback and performance data
What “Great” Looks Like
- Content directly supports deals, not just awareness or traffic
- Sales consistently uses content in live opportunities
- Assets improve conversion across every stage of the funnel
- Clear linkage between content and pipeline impact
- Strong understanding of what content actually drives revenue
About You
- Top 10% writer: Clear, sharp, and persuasive — you make complex topics simple
- Revenue-minded: You think in pipeline, conversion, and sales impact
- PMM + demand gen hybrid: You understand positioning and distribution
- Operator: You ship quickly and iterate based on real performance
- Highly collaborative: You work closely with Sales, PMM, and Sales
- Grit: You move fast and take ownership of outcomes, not just output
- All-in: You want to build a category-defining company

- 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing
- Exceptional writing skills (non-negotiable)
- Experience writing:
- Case studies
- Landing pages
- White papers
- Sales enablement content

- Strong understanding of SEO and conversion-focused content (intent-driven, not traffic-driven)

- Experience working with SMEs and technical stakeholders
Strong bonus:
- Experience in fintech, compliance, legal, or security
- Experience writing for:
